AndyS Iβll be at the welfare stop at Felsted with my running club weβre helping. Good luck. Well done on all the running everyone no time to comment on all at the moment. I stayed upright at my parkrun which was my aim today π |

Thanks for the wishes all! Looby Loo I'll keep an eye out for you (provided I haven't been collected by the sweep bus by then!) |

Nice photos and what a fantastic place to run Lesley. Well balanced LL! A mere two miles early this morning before a litter pick. Shows how much fitness I've lost since early November in having doms this morning after my five miler yesterday. That five miler was my furthest since March and with only a hundred miles since then, no wonder. The summer weather continues and so good to be running with hardly a cloud in the sky. |

Lovely photos Lesley. Two miles are better than nothing Steve, and the litter picking afterwards is good exercise. I ran an enjoyable solo 4.72 miles this morning, exploring more leafy paths. I've now achieved 100 miles this month, the first for ages. |

Quite a wind out there today quite spoiling the sunshiny bank holiday morning but pretty much ok for running. Well done on the ton hs! 3.3 miles was nice along river trail where I bumped into my wife on her seven miler. I couldn't keep up with her so we kept our conversation topics until breakfast a bit later π |

It was windy here too Steve, but lovely and sunny π Thanks, I've also achieved 1019 circles, the first time over 1000 for many months. Your morning run sounds nice, with the bonus of bumping into your wife during her run. This morning was a 7.6 miles forest run with two running friends. Much of the run was over areas new to me, which was good. Some challenging hills, but relatively mud freeπ |

I have been reading the posts but haven't had much of a chance to post having been on our sons stag weekend. I took running kit in case and actually managed to use it for parkrun surprisingly. Gateshead parkrun is uphill away from Newcastle and is a lumpy 5k itself. I managed it 22.51, I came 44th overall and 1st in my age group. I've been out this morning for a medium long run and did 15.6 miles in the wind, my legs felt a little heavy but I quite enjoyed it. |

Lesley - fab photos! FF - well done on surviving the stag and doing some running. 9.6k at track tonight after 13miles yesterday mean I will sleep well tonight! |
