A solo 7k out and back run this morning, exploring a new gravel path.

A nudge over 11 miles this morning at a faster than usual pace for me. A little bit of off road and with a strong breeze instead of a strong wind.

Good Park Runs yesterday by those here, especially your time LL.
A gravel 7k gravel path sounds a terrain to be careful on hs. Obviously no problems for you though .
Keeping up those impressive miles FF, well done on a better than usual pace.
I'm not running yet again for a couple of days, it's been six months of interfering niggles/issues and my left knee is too painful to run on. My silly running with doms a few days ago is the contributing factor. So far the roller and quad exercises haven't produced the miracle!

I had to be content, and was as regards the enjoyment, with a brisk two mile walk.

MrsB I have done some of the speed pyramid sessions with club and I always dread them but love them when Iā€™ve finished - similar to an interval session on my own. I need to make a bit of an effort to go to club. Well done on doing them regardless how you feel.

Great running by you all, just over 6 FF! Mind you I do just overs and just unders too as long as itā€™s whole point number.

Iā€™m glad just getting out and doing what you can is helping you get some enjoyment in youā€™re running Steve. Many would have given up so youā€™re winning regardless of miles. However sorry to hear your knee is playing up. Your body is trying hard to stop you running isnā€™t it. Rest and recover.

Great SB LL and age group win šŸ…

And I bet your running club pal was well chuffed a 4m PB is fantastic.

MrsB I think you need to do returns between pics. Look forward to seeing them.

Weā€™ve been boating so I did a long 14.2m run Friday and a round up 3.8m today with lots of walks too
