good luck for your mile tonight hs, I have every confidence you'll have a number I can only dream of!

I did 2m at lunch as when I looked at my training log I realised I was at 698m and I thought 700 sounded better. I had leggings on as it is cold in the house but despite the dark grey sky it was quite warm out. I will squeeze my workout in after work.

Well done for the runs steve and MrHSc and enjoy Naples, that will be fabulous!

It's definitely long sleeves over here at the moment. So much so it was a run in the gym this morning!

Naples sounds amazing, send photos.

Just 3.53miles to add.

A good club session this evening on the grass running track. Warm up, drills, 1 mile challenge in 8.53. Recovery period followed by 2x400 metres with 200 metres recoveries, and 2x 200 with 200 metres recoveries.

Did just shy of 11k / an 8 digit Rundle this evening/tonight. My HR was much lower with the lower temp, was much easier to stick at 75%.

JackFW I thought the Otway Rainforest rang a bell, we were there at the beginning of 2019, it was gorgeous. I can imagine a Half there would be brilliant. It was a bit cooler in the shade too.
