Well done EdGreig for yesterday's 11k. A nice picture.

This morning was a 10k in the forest with a running friend at recovery pace, after yesterday's track session.

Super cute pic EdGreig.
Well done HS on your mile and 10k this morning. I had 6 x 400 Hills today and was quite pleased with the session until Garmin Coach said “room to improve” 😅

Thanks LL! Well done for this mornings 6 x 400 hills this morning, that sounded like a really tough session. I shouldn't take too much notice of the GC comments. On the same subject, Garmin Connect classified yesterday's mile, plus 400 and 200 metres session as "Recovery!!" Today's very easy pace 10k as "maintaining."

Good running everyone!

I don't worry about what my Garmin says, it's always unproductive and my VO2 has dropped 2 points in the last couple of weeks. I know it's not a real number though.

Cute picture Ed.

I was out with the club last night. If anyone read my blog at the weekend I am still angry about lots of things. Anyway it was that guys session last night, was a tempo session but had no structure and was a case of do what you want. As I like structure I did 4x 5 min intervals. Happy with the pace on those as it was pretty undulating!

Will be out early tomorrow morning!

It's turned colder again here and we have had a bit of rain. Sitting outside while the wee man plays in my winter jacket 🙈. Can't believe he will be 5 in under two weeks time.

10.9km run to work this morning. Very chilly but not expecting any sympathy from you on here! 😂

Nice photo, Ed. The Otways and Great Ocean Road/Shipwreck coast are a special place down here. The Otways half is in winter so it will be very wet and muddy I expect. There is a bit of elevation gain as well, so it should be fun!

I’d swap you Jack!

No running the last 2 days as I was up at 0345 both mornings and too tired in the evenings

Ran at 8am today, 37 degrees sunny, no clouds or wind so only 3.2 miles

Good session LL but I'd sure ignore the Garmin comment!😂 Nice recovery 10k then hs after your mile effort. Good that you did your own intervals Lesley but a nuisance that "the guy" is infiltrating your thoughts. He sounds a must to avoid. And heck, the lad coming up to five. The time goes too quickly.
10c here this morning and super clear sky. 5k was ok on part trail.
Good run Jack, yeah it's a bit too chilly I agree.
And Dubairunner well, that's too hot! Not much fun running tired either.

Well done Lesley for doing "your own session!" Where have those 5 years gone.

Nice running JackFW.

Well done for this mornings early 3.2 miles Dubairunner.

Well done Steve for this mornings 5k.

No running for me today, but plenty of walking. I've already walked there and back to the Polling Station, and later will be walking to and from the village to meet up with some running friends for a pub lunch. 🍺
