Another C25K session for me, 2 and a bit gives 22.2/100 *think* it’s time to build miles again now - but too late to rescue this month

Well done, all.
I'm currently feeling more than a little disheartened by the lack of improvement in my calf. Still no running yet. So still stuck on 32/100

Thanks, FF. I keep having to remind myself that it'll be better in the long term.

+1 for being sensible Ness. It’s a recovery period after Chester anyway (I’m assuming) That fitness won’t disappear overnight.
I’m still enjoying taking it very steady 45.2/100

Wishing you swift healing, Ness. Definitely wise to be sensible.
First track session in about a month this evening, and we're into winter training now which is longer reps and more distance overall, so it was quite hard work! There was a huge orange moon rising, though, and we all commented that we were watching it as distraction 19.3/100.
