I got a chest torch last autumn and it was fab. Most of my running is very urban but the street lights are fairly rubbish in places and the pavements are really uneven so it's been useful just for staying on my feet. Happy thanksgiving Hibeedeb! Rest day from running today though I did get to the pool for an early swim, really enjoyed it so will try and make that a habit.

I'm still recovering after my calf strain so probably won't add any more miles until next week. Aldo probably won't make the 100 this month but if it means I get long term recovery, I figure that's best. 🤞
