5 steady miles this morning. But in the week away with later getting up, it seems that Autumn has fallen! It was dark when I left home (and the sun hadn't officially risen by the time I got home although it was light!). Beautiful full moon to admire.
I'll need a head torch by this time next week .
31/100.

As much as anything, it's for the off-road Sustrans cycle track so I get seen, although it it pretty dark passing through the woods or if it's a cloudy morning. Although the pavements aren't wonderfully smooth either!

the first 1/2m is OK then the pavements get rough and the lights disappear! then at about 1.25m (so should be OK ATM) the pavement drops below road level for 1/4m so rough + no lights. In proper dark I run this stretch on the road

I have a headtorch when it’s dark as I can go to areas with no lights and rather be prepared.

It’s a beautiful day here, sunny and cool and no wind. It’s thanksgiving today so a holiday for us. Woohoo!
