Notes & Comments

Once again, not sure what I'd have in my legs, but it's a nice sunny day with just the lightest breeze from the west (ground frost first thing this morning) so I decided to see how I got on with that loop. It was fine. My running form was getting a bit scrappy towards the end and my left big toe grumbled on the descent from Threapland (I also had a phantom bit of grit in my shoe, there was nothing to be found when I got home) but trying to pick up the pace at the end seemed to smooth it out.
