Forest Runner This is the official time from the results that were posted at the race almost real time, but my watch and the big clock had me finishing some 13 seconds earlier, so I don't know what happened there.
Again following the slight disappointment at Dartford half last weekend, I was slightly disappointed with the result here. Last week at Dartford, the temperature was 28 degrees, but today it was a lot cooler. Also, though Wycombe is not an easy course, Dartford is definitely tougher, so I thought I might have been a bit quicker than this today. I suppose I was running on rather tired legs though, having run these two tough halves without any tapering as I am in the middle of marathon training at the moment.

Kallywag Was great to bump into Fetchies, always gives you a lift! Found this one quite tough, and not 'downhill all the way' after the big hill, but great event all the same :-)

Keefy Beefy Hungover training run. Did this because it passed my house and also to spur me on to pass 12M in training, which I haven't done since my last marathon. Well organised race on an unremarkable course. Worth a go if you're local - or if you like generous goody bags!

Lieutenant Lucerne Certainly not a PB course, with one steep hill and numerous twists and turns, so fairly pleased with my time. The first hill sorted out the field. The last few miles were gradually uphill (nothing steep, but a constant climb), which reduced the pace a bit.

Mr. K. Wanted 2:00:00 (9.09 / 6.6 pace). Slightly down at mile 12 so sped up a little to get under the 2hr mark. Very good event. Very nice to say hello to a number of fetchies.
