Baron Snow forecast, I was hoping that it wouldn't be as hot this year as last. It looks like I got my wish. A good warm-up will be essential. # update: fairly breezy down some straights and very cold. Didn't feel quite 100% but ran efficiently to score a PB, although the dream of sub 35 feels quite distant at the moment.

paul08 finally cracked pb after setting it two years ago at Totton... (April 2006..... 38.07) had fininised within 20 seconds on 4 or 5 different occasions!! have now (practically) hit six minute miling over 10k.

Heavyweight A quick blast before FLM next week. **update** very nice friendly race. Completely falt course but just a little breezy. Very pleased with PB - 45mins may be on within a month or two.

Marmite Not as bad as it could have been. L won over 10 years race with blinding demonstration of how to time a race to perfection beating three boys in the execution. My race wasn't so good but at least I can finish the distance and won't be so worried about Marwell. Just need to loose more weight and get some more stamina before April 27th.
