Dvorak A race I rather failed to enjoy on two previous occasions, but had a good run today :-) Not a PB, but closer than I expected. Good running conditions. Started slow, but slightly fast (speedy field), still delivered a neg split. (Watch time.)

hannkies PB (just, by 9 seconds), so happy enough with that. May have started a bit fast and legs heavy towards end but overall can't complain. Wee break from racing now I think. 14th overall, 3rd Vet, and a wee cheque as a bonus. Well organised as ever.
