Go-KL If it wasn't for a friend at work taking part in his first ever race and that it is very close to work, I probably wouldn't have done this race. I was still mentally down after the London Marathon, and physically I had issues with a tight right hamstring, sore left hip and some painful scar tissue on the Compartment syndrome operation. The Heart Rate was high throughout the run and I was glad for it to be over in the time it was, which in hindsight was no disaster, although it didn't feel good at the time.

Waveydavey Great fun doing a couple of laps of the Grand Prix circuit in about the time it takes the F1 cars to do 50 laps! I need to do more training if I'm going to get under 43 minutes again.
