GAZGIB I'd be lucky to break an hour if I ran it today, but with 2 months to go I've got to believe I can improve significantly. RESULT - pre race prediction was 50mins so was pleased with time especially the 1min negative split.

Heavyweight Lovely local race - all on roads - but very well marshalled. Thought this might be my first sub 50 minutes - but not to be - at least I finished before the worst of the rain. 3 minutes better than my time last year.

Running Fish estimate time taken from the guy behind me as i managed to forget my watch. doh! definitely a pb though, so pleased with that given the sparsity of recent training. sprint finish at the end probably means i should have been pushing harder before. well organised race, with a reasonable quality field.
