Aaron K The bogs were great fun, luckily most of the rest of the course was relatively dry. Had to queue at most of the steep hills, so it was very difficult to run competitvely unless you were right at the front. More of an event than a race, had a great time running with my teammates!

filthyfaerie Loved this run! Hung back first few miles to run with friend but picked up pace just before water station..could have come in just under two hours if i had pushed first few miles a bit better!! Fell in the bog of doom whilst waving to friends... hated the dunes with a vengeance but enjoyed every second on reflection!

Mud Rocs Felt a pull in the hamstring after 3 miles - which left me unable to run - disappointing.

Sime Struggled most of the way around legs felt really heavy, twisted my left ankle early doors which made it worse. Legs were like lead after coming out of the bog of doom. Last few miles were very hard work, think I went too quick at the start and paid for it.

Hills of Death (HOD) Muddy quality - NO BETS please not racing this one just getting muddy. Doing this with Bananaman hense the prediction. Had massive hangover from night before started with Bananaman then lost him (he then sneeked in front ). Joined up with Hendo and JJ during course said

Konaboy Brilliant challenge as per normal. Thought it was harder & longer than last year. Good to meet up with Fetchies pre & post race. The Bog of Doom & the' lake' were the highlights. Not so many ups & downs on the sand dunes but compensated for by more undulations on the course. Hope the organisers don't increase numbers (for profit) cause in my opinion its reached it's maximum.
