Alberon Pretty warm day but enjoyable. The tunnel was nice and cool and the slope wasn't as bad as expected. Will definately do again.

Grid Chip time. Great race, but ruddy hell it was hot! Congratulations to anyone who managed to PB in the heat, that's some performance. First time I'd run this, and I look forward to doing it again in the future. I was warned about an 'legendary incline' coming out of the tunnel but, blissfully, it was quite tame. My slowest ever 10K, but no surprise considering the total lack of training over the last few months and the ridiculously sunny conditions.

wild willy barrett Worst 10K ever, my asthma was bad on the day, had to walk a lot, but still enjoyed the atmosphere, and not to hot with walking so much, looking forward to a breath easy race next year.
