Fawkes Really, really hot, not a bad race. Somehow managed a PB, just, now just need a nice flat one in more favourable conditions to attack PB a bit more!

Grid Chip time. Great race, but ruddy hell it was hot! Congratulations to anyone who managed to PB in the heat, that's some performance. First time I'd run this, and I look forward to doing it again in the future. I was warned about an 'legendary incline' coming out of the tunnel but, blissfully, it was quite tame. My slowest ever 10K, but no surprise considering the total lack of training over the last few months and the ridiculously sunny conditions.
