Started running after someone roped me into the corporate cup in Sep 2008. Hadn't ran for 20 years since I represented Merseyside at under 14's x-country, apart from playing football, which after 12 years of playing (or being injured) I had to give up before I got divorced.
Ultimate aim is to run a marathon, basically because I've spouted rubbish to my mates that I would one day, now I want to run it in under 3 hours, hopefully in 2010 after which point I will retire... |
