Spally Woo Hoo took my PB from last time and smashed it to bits. Started off too near the front really and clocked the first km in about 5.27, a little too fast - thought I was going to pay later. Did have a couple of stops along the way but looking at my average splits, apart from the penultimate km in which I clocked 6.20, all the rest were under 6 min km. Not bad route except for the end which seemed to loop eternally around the Liver Buildings till the finish. Also managed to break my dream time of an sub-30 5km. Am buzzing right now and very tired.
