Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Forest Runner Well I managed to keep it under 70 minutes - just! I thought it would be the bad cold I've just had that would slow me down, but right from the start it was my legs that felt so tired.

No.8 â„¢ 6.15 min / mile for first two miles, on target for 65 at 5 miles. Stopped for a pee at 5.5 and lost time, struggled 8 - 9 on the slightly hillier section. Hung on to get PB by seconds.

Excellent race, organisation and course.

SparkyMark just missed out on 1:20, but still a pb by over 6 mins - tired at end. Great course, had someone to run with for most of the race. tried hard to get back on track in the last mile, but legs were not there. Good training for White Horse

Waveydavey I think the heat got to me on this one and it went a bit Pete Tong towards the end. That and the lack of training. Nice race though - with definite PB potential, barring the effects of global warming!
