Lapsed Athlete should have looked at how tough it was before letting myself type my PB prediction ... after a long hill between mile 9 and 10 I seized up and couldn't go up a gear ... still a PB by a few minutes, 2.36.19, and a very enjoyable run with great hill training :-) my time was 2.32.42 by garmin as I started nearly 4 mins behind everyone else due to a late visit to the gents ... I really know how to get myself going for a good run lol

mikep The toughest half I've done ( yes, hillier than Bishop Wilton) even the down hills were extreame. Great sense of satisfaction in finishing inside my target time. A good marathon training session.
