brotherjohn Late decision to do this one, not having races enough this week! Another really good run and on a testing course. I thought it was suppose to be flat! And that first mile on the sandy track was heavy going. Anyway, new PB, just sub 28, 27:59 (I hope!) and 6th place. First M50 with some good M50's there tonight. (Time just confirmed!)

MrMarcus Looking for more improvement here, no pb at Ipswich, course very tough but this one definite pb potential,much easier course (apparently)

robrea Perfect weather for another quality well drilled race although the course was much tougher than I was expecting. Finished 5th in 27-55 and collected the team prize with thanks to fellow Harwich runners Jason(4) and Brian(8).

Tom Tom Time not great, but very happy with my position amongst the ladies overall! Very good quality field there (first 2 ladies sub 30 apparently), so pleased with 5th:) Course definitely lumpier than I remembered...
