paulhalford 28:04 official time, though I made it about 10 seconds slower at least. Ran 7+ miles to get there at quicker than planned pace and arrived only 3 mins to spare so I'm not going complain about time or position.

Marts Not oo bad. would love to have broken 30 but at least am only 8-10s/mile slower than should be so possibly starting to get rid of post viral thingy. team 5th of 15 and moved up in league table from 9th to 6th.

Cats Whiskers Fairly pleased with my time, as training's been heavily focussed on the 10m/half-marathon races I've been doing this autumn, so I've been feeling strong rather than speedy. Never really felt comfortable, though - legs were lifeless and it was a real test of mental strength to keep going. Left hamstring was gripy - don't think digging the allotment yesterday was great preparation! - and cramped up towards the end.
