mahonjai After 5 miles I felt really good and well on target to beat my pb off 1:24:29 but then some severe stomach cramps forced me to take regular walk breaks and I ended up just jogging the last part of the race just hoping to get to the finish line. My disappointing run aside I thought the race organisation and support along part of the route was fantastic, definitely a race to put on next years list.

Scrappy Doo Got the jane Thomlison 10K in Leeds am...this in the afternoon...trying to PB both races..,,Didn't PB at any race today...hated Leeds 10K,it was a joke but Freck was brilliant...time was slow a I got stomach cramps at mile 10 and had to run walk last three miles...will do the Freck again...brill event never mind the time..
