About Me

I started running in 2007 when I was travelling around the world. I completed half-marathon races in Hong Kong (1:51) and Sydney (1:31) and caught the running bug. Back home now in Manchester I run all my big races for charity and raise most money for Alzheimers Society.
My short term targets are pb times at all distances and a GFA time for the Virgin London Marathon.
