Doctor K Bit more difficult than my last PB at Trafford early March -so don't expect a Pb here, and it is a 9am start !! Wearing my Bolton vest for this. 14 secs short of a PB -had a good steady race and a very good last 2km, just not enough but not bad considering the course. Fastest Bolton 10K by over 2 mins

podrunner Should definitely get a new PB for this one. Even if i run at my half marathon pace of Wilmslow last week i should do a 42 minute 10k. Looking forward to it...OUTCOME - Hillier than i thought it would be but enjoyed it and did get my new PB. Very relieved given the number of fetchies that bet on me!! really well organisedand nice t-shirt!
