Hello All on FE...Started running in June 2008....I had been doing general CVT for about a year after a long spell of not training at all (the too busy with life and work excuse which all added up being 40+ with a gut and no energy) and got dragged out by a pal(?) for my first run which killed me but I stuck at it and now I'm an addicted runner!
Anyway I am 45y.o. and live near Skipton North Yorks (lots of hills..to many) and I have set my goal to do the NYC Marathon in 2009(why NYC, why not its a great city) so my plan is to work towards that with training and races during 08+09I now added Eddy to be my very first marathon in May..so if you have any hints/tips/advice or any general comments please feel free...Keep on keeping on!
