Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Dull Napoleon™ Carrying too much weight. After the first lap I was over 30 seconds down on target. Just decided to get to the finish without too much pain.

Justin S Sorry to those who bet on me. I was much too ambitious on a course of 4 laps in warm weather and was unable to keep at 8min/mile pace. My 5 mile splits: 39:43; 40:25; 42:07; 43:29

phatbear Training for FLM. First time completed 20 miles really pleased.Convinced that I did it in just under 3 hrs as was towards the back. Nice atmosphere quite liked the lap nature of course- by lap 4 was getting to know the area quite well. Lovely home baked cakes and cheese roll afterwards in the clubhouse . Just as well as traffic at the exit of lido car park was completely stationary. Beautiful weather prompted the world and wife to have a day out. Could have run the first 10 miles home quicker - wrong lane at roundabout ended up in Southall.

Simo Not chip time, this is my assumed Garmin (I forgot to stop it immediately) versus gun race time of 2:56:06, but I started from the very back, so I must have lost quite some time...

Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB) I said this was a training run and that is exactly what I did. Watch time was 3.37.43 so my loo stop only took 3 min 4secs, it felt like longer :-)
