brotherjohn Second event having finished the mile about 15 minutes earlier! Intented to just add a few miles for the day, but felt so good had a go at it, I really like running on the track. 18:10 for 5k, so very pleased with the day.

EarlyRiser Well it seemed hard enough, but maybe not so. Great experience though. Problems keeping tabs on laps. No obvious rival to pace against may have been a factor.

Badger PB by over a minute - I thought this was a soft target, and it might still be relatively easy looking at how it compares with my best 10k time. Very very pleased though, seeing as this was my serious comeback race!
