DaveH Assuming I don't get lost. Update - Well, just got lost the twice. Was captain navigation and think that, the complete lack of training, preparation, talent and training cost me as I blew up did the last 6 in the same time as the first 11... Couldn't swear on that though as somehow despite having two watches on, neither of them were running the whole time To paraphrase Jamie Redknapp - Top, top race. Loved it despite the PW and completely sub-optimal race

wendy woo lovely group run with the drr s and sam! good till 20 miles then really struggled but a good improvement on the herts hobble. well organised and lovely bread pud and bbq. great support at end by liam craig and rob and gorgeous crispy cremes! xxx
