Have been running longer than I care to remember!
Joined Dunstable Road Runners for company and improvement and have never looked back!
Having completed 1marathon a year for the last 10 years, I needed a new challenge so in 2009 started ultra running and managed to complete 3, in addition to 4 marathons!
Having taken a couple of years to resolve a knee injury am now back to running comfortably again. Not sure what 2017 will bring but hopefully I will be able to complete more and varied races.
