Ally2 Entered on day knowing I was in good shape. 25 sec PB and 4th. Was 4th until 3.5miles and took 3rd but lost place in final 600m to same runner- tough 5th mile after hard out first 4. Pleased. splits 2mile 10:22 3mile 15:43 4mile 16:00

Boingy Should be a decent PB punt. In good shape, home turf, and a softish PB **- A PB by over 90s, got to be happy with that ! Much quicker than I expected. Official time logged as I was too knackered at the end to remember to stop Garmin.

Runningheva Chilly wih drizzle before the start, but not too bad once we started to run. Pleased with my time as it is my fastest for the distance this year.
