Keefy Beefy BEFORE: The big PB effort and a test of what shape I'm in pre-Amsterdam. AFTER: Utter, utter shite. Started at 6:44/mile, started to slow from mile 4M, dead by 10, 11 in 7:41, 12 in 7:49, 13 in 7:11. An unmitigated disaster and now crapping it about Amsterdam.

Konaboy Pleased with that. Preparation for Abingdon so aim was to feel comfortable & controlled throughout. Started in 2hr band, passed runners the whole way round & ignored the Garmin for once. Good flat course (defo PB potential), superb weather, fantastic organisation & support led to a very enjoyable morning out. Well done Chippenham Harriers.

morganpeet 6 minutes off my PB so well pleased. Brilliant course, great weather and good organisation made this my best half marathon so far. Was feeling really good up to mile 10 and then 11 and 12 were hard, last mile pushed it and cant believe I was only 38 seconds of going sub 1 hour 50!!

Reef Again started too far back to get in with quicker runners and realised ths v quick felt good all the way doing 6.20's and a 6 min last mile, good race with a guy at the end unlucky Tom sure you'll get me next year.
