I'm 5'12" tall and have my own set of teeth, which comes in very handy for shouting abuse at the homeless. I'm a keen a runner and walker. I first learnt to walk about 28yrs ago and haven't looked back since. My favourite run is from my bed to my car which I do most mornings with a piece of toast in my mouth. My current PB is 3mins and 6secs which includes getting dressed.... Other than that I did run a bath once.
Started running properly in February and loving it. |
