taulpaul New PB for me so am well happy. A fantastic varied flat course with nothing particulary challenging. Obviously the finish gives you a real buzz. Would have been nice to hear some loud music when entering but can't really complain with this race.

WildeRover Was expecting to get a breath under 2 hours on chip time, but probably over 2 hours on gun time. In the end was well under on both, so really pleased. Didn't like the streets around Taff Embankment, but the rest of the course was great. Managed to keep going for the last couple of miles determined to stay ahead of the giant carrot that was following me. Must sort out the medal hand-out for last year. Put it on a ribbon and stick it round our necks just after the finish line!!
