Badbark I was on schedule for sub 3:10 until 21 miles when it all came apart. I struggled home for the last few miles at 9 minute mile pace and puked for the first time ever in a race at the end!

katiecom This race always kills me, I never get a decent time, this year it wont defeat me! Its my home race and I will do myself proud! *incredibly hot day, was recovering from a cold and not hydrated enough/not enough energy drink. Pleased with this result.

Roadrunner Bark Not my fastest time, tho no complaints as I went into this race ''blind'' & with only 2 weeks marathon training under my belt! Came through half-way point in 1:28 and was feeling strong up till 20 mile mark, then still good enough in the next two miles. Tho after that the last 4 miles were a real struggle and I was almost at a standstill as I battled my way to the Finish-line with the last mile esp hard going!! I was pleased to finish the Race and took 79th POS. I once again enjoyed running at this race and I shall be back again in the very near future.
