Lieutenant Lucerne Run at marathon pace. The course and the weather made for an enjoyable and at times testing run, particularly the hills at about 8 miles and 11 miles.

MATTOCK This was a very quick race - most of the people running were club runners and I was always going to come towards the end. My legs were very tired, I think in hindsight I had not tapered down enough! The hill on this run were a nightmare especially at 11miles (18-20km) Pleased with result as I wanted to get in between 2:15 and 2:20.
