DAVEWALLSEND felt excellent most of the run paced it good just let down by calf muscle cramps last 7kms .

GelBoy After about 15K I realised I was OK and could run sub 5min K's kept it steady until I started to flag in last 7K and my previous best of 3.32.15 was closing down fast. Disappointed not to break 3.30 but feel confident I can do it Rome.

ianmac Great City to race in, although the day was windy particularily along the banks of the Amstel River. Crowd support was better than I expected, water stations were good. Doing it again this year.

Keefy Beefy A PB by 13:58! Went off fast and paid for it in the last 10 kms. Top medal but course was suprisingly dull and quiet. Would do again only if proximity was good. Average pace: 5:11/km or 8:22/mile.
