Felt it for Trin having to pull out of SDW100 after an accident going downstairs to let the dogs out. I bet it was hot there this weekend. Last long run done my race to the Castle in 2 weeks. Just praying my foot holds up. It was very hot on Friday.

No idea, but it's a bit worrying seeing more calls for help than usual. I'd muck in if I could, but I'm busy.
