Badger Jun 2021 3:40pm, 11 Jun 2021 13,926 posts	0 Badger RH, bifocals take a little bit of getting used to because the bottom of your field of vision feels slightly displaced and you can find you are missing door handles and stumbling a bit for a few days, but your brain is very good at adapting and it will be fine with a little perseverance, and better than wandering around wearing reading glasses. (The only thing that feels weird to me is wearing glasses for a few hours then switching to contacts, which is fairly rare and my brain takes a minute to recalibrate if I do that).

A big race free training block reaped rewards but there were times I felt I had no idea how to pace after all this time. Perfect weather up north for it as well so lots of well spaced post run chat.
