I think it was the kalenji one I sent back because it was heavy. The chest torch I have from Amazon charges via a usb and wasn’t quite so heavy!

Won't a chest torch get in the way of the race vest / pack?

I wear a small pack most days and in the winter wear the chest torch with it!

the kalenji torch I have can be worn on a big elastic strap thing, but you can take that off and it has a little cup with clips that attach to the front of any vest and then the battery bit goes into a pocket. I don't know f they make that one anymore.
I do need some night running practice - it's been a while

I’ve got a 24 hour race coming up very soon! Not sure how I’m going to stay awake, I’m usually in bed by 9:30!

I’m usually in bed even earlier jelly but when you’ve got your mind focused on running / walking you’ll be amazed how awake you feel 👍

I’ve just noticed that my Adidas running cap doesn’t have a Velcro strap but a slidy one instead.

thanks Fizz - I'll have a look around :)

I've been convinced by the advantages of bifocals - and gone the whole hog ordering a photochromic pair. I often run in "sports" sunglasses, so just have to get used to the bifocal idea now. Seeing as I feel dizzy if I walk around with my reader on, I hope that it doesn't take too long to get used to them.
