Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Rfj, busy times, biking and DIY!
Everyone seems busy. Well done on long run Ale!
9m on trails, roads and hill this morning, thought I was running well until I saw my pace at the end! Ah well. Bitterly cold wind though.
Then home to make some hot soup and go to yoga.
Knitting to be done now! Well actual knitting bit is done but sewing up finishing off still to be started.

Hello :) I've left it a bit late today!

Lyrics: Yes. Catchy!

What: The long run that I didn't do yesterday.
Why: Because I didn't do it yesterday, and there was no reason not to.
How: Planned a simple route heading south west because, unusually, the wind was coming from the north east, and asked eL Bee! to set out from home in the car to collect me when I'd been moving for two hours. This gave me 13.85 miles on legs that had done 9 miles yesterday afternoon.
Last hard: That was it.

Unusually for me I don't know @alehouse lyrics!

Circuits for me today, heel is feeling quite sore and that's not my injured bit of my foot...I did take it easy though.

Dustin, I mean 2 weeks before is better than none at all 🙈

Well done on the long run @Velociraptor
