Hi Alice, I have the 25 badge, thanks very much. I’d love the 50 badge but please sell me if you need to help anyone else get 25

I think I've worked out how this game works.
Are new runners always a good investment?
I only started running again 10 days ago and I've done 13 miles since then.
Hopefully, my weekly average will increase. Even if it doesn't, my rolling 90 day total will, so that makes me a safe, if low value, investment doesn't it?

Cheeky’s Father Christmas
Pale Skinny Vegan The bottom line is you need to catch people as their mileage is increasing either long term (new runners, people returning from injury or increasing volume in marathon training for example) or in the short term by day trading - buying people in the morning before they run and selling them once their mileage has uploaded but before midnight when their old mileage drops off. Fair to say that day trading is where you can make the biggest gains but it takes a lot more work and can become obsessive 😁

Great summary, CFC. I'm doing mostly day trading right now as I'm quite new to the game. I buy people early morning and then sell everyone before midnight and then buy the same runners again the next morning to avoid losing their 90 day drop off. In 2 weeks of trading, I increased my portfolio by 500. At the moment, I can have 5-7 runners in my portfolio so selling and rebuying the next day is still doable. Once you own a of large number of the available runners, you'd probably be more strategic about holding some and trading others.

Buyers beware, tomorrow is the last day of me losing a big chunk of miles. Sunday is the first long run for my marathon plan.

How To Play
As a trader, your job is to pick the runners that you think will increase in value.

You start with 1000 credits, and can use these to purchase shares in runners. If you think their mileage is about to drop, then it's time to sell.

Runner values are calculated based on the total volume of running mileage completed in the last 90 days. Values are recalculated as soon as a runner has logged a run.

Runners get a notification when you buy shares, but not when you sell them.

The value of a runner can go up or down, but don't threaten them. Have fun!
