Formerly a reasonably successful mountain bike endurance racer and having once run a sub 50 minute 10k in my 40s, I'm now over 60 and feeling old. I haven't got a specific training plan or goal, somewhere between doing nothing and doing too much I suppose. A sub-hour 10k would be nice if I can work up to that again, or 100km in a day on a mountain bike, but I'll just see how it goes for now.
