Two and a half for me today, 2:10 on the bike and 20 minutes of kettlebells. Five minutes short of 8 hours for the week so far.

I got back from my 26 mile ride feeling quite pleased with myself to find from Strava/Facebook that the kids' maths teacher did a 104 mile ride today.
I feel a bit shit now.

The Scribbler
I only managed 24 miles today. Was scheduled for 18, thought I'd round up to 20, then was having so much fun, I decided to go a bit further on the way out. Began to regret it when cycling home into a headwind and getting niggles in my back. But it's another 1 hr 40 odd mins to add, and I think that keeps me on track. I'm rubbish with sums, especially when you have to add up minutes and seconds.

I'm ace at working out minutes and seconds and pace while I'm running. For example today I did 14 miles in about 2.10, which is about 8.50 AM per metre squared.;-)

Gobi are you going to join the group and hence get your updates into the header? Will be interesting to hear what your totals are.
Welcome RunnerDaz. Are you a multi-discipline person? Or returning from injury? Or just like cross training?
Another 1.5 today, great recovery run with Blind Ken. Tomorrow: no running, just bodypump. Woop! :-)G
