Ooh ballet! Nice one Cuddy. I bet I'd be much better at ballet now than I was as a kid.
I just logged a fab long swim set tonight. Still haven't run this year, but that will change tomorrow.

Ballet - cool cross train Cuddy!. I'm on 9:10 Yay! , but it's all running Boo! More cross train prescribed! I did sit in sauna and jacuzzi last night after a run. And I've done 10 mins foam roller, but at home, not gym, so haven't logged it. Must. Do. Cross-train. :-)G

6 minutes short of 5 hours after my ride today, but with a 14 mile run tomorrow and a swim in the afternoon I'll finish the week an hour or 2 up I think.
