I did Tooting Bec last year but its only a couple of days after the Dorking 10 miler. So i'll see how it goes- thats the good thing about these track events - you can make pretty late decisions.

I'm hitting the track again tomorrow night - and it's the same track as where Bannister ran the four minute mile. I'm actually looking forward to running on it because of that, but have the usual dread that comes with track racing! My main aim tomorrow is not to embarrass myself as it's a very competitive match so I'm a little scared.
