I hate to say it but Ive entered my times from Monday (which is perfectly above board of course) into my races. My 31 secs (cant do 30.7) for the 200m has increased my rating from 650 to 750 at a stroke. My Fechie manager will be sooo pleased. I was a bargin.:)
Boo -Good luck for tonight. I was tempted to do tonight, but I think with Serpe coming up on Friday and my legs today feeling like lead, its probably too much...for someone of my mature years.

Nice one Steve.
I tried my track spikes out this morning for the first time on some 800m reps. They felt ok, although the lack of cushioning made it feel like I was jarring my brain when I was running(!!!). Maybe I'm still striking too much on my heels. It seemed to improve after the first rep though.
Good luck tonight Boo.
