Morning all Lyrics yes and I don't agree either @alehouse , enjoy your run @Welshpoppy well done on run, probably helps to deal with family stuff @HazelnutCH I have a running buddy in same boat plus her Mil has done her back in so is stuck at my mates house 😳 What only 25 mins Why still not feeling great but dinner was yum yesterday, very sober Christmas for me Last hard yesterday last rest 28 12 22 So close to two years I can almost feel it |

Hiya Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas! Hazel - there is a reason we have Christmas as 'just a 4' ... What - Club threshold sessions: 16 mins, 4 mins easy, 12 mins Followed by an afternoon in the spa, hot tubs, water jets, sauna... Why - Marathon group last rest - 28/11 last hard - that was...Went better than I expected though (we used the track) so pretty consistent lapping . Averaged around 7.06 min /miling lyric - Yes I think so |
