This is my clubman from the North East. An inspiration at 85. Gold in Gothenberg and a new world record in the 400m.

Not just me with the tagging then. Wouldn't tag eL Bee nor 0061 for me.
Rounded off day with a pleasant walk up Bleaberry Fell. Weather gradually improved and rewarded with 360⁰ view from top. All the English 3000s and The Merrick through the gap.

Hello @PeterFay

Lots to catch up in here and lots of happy parkrunners 😁

After my friend cancelled yesterday due to the weather I was going to have a lie in but you know how it is, you wake up and can't go back to sleep. Lots of miles this week but happy to complete Norwich in 21.37, second lady to the winner of Dereham 5k last week in both time and wava. Mine was a mere 88.41 to her 93.67 and a speedy 17.56!

Lovely photos @PeterFay

85 is incredible!! @OO61

0061 - what an amazing achievement for Kathleen! Has she always been an athlete or late to the sport?

Lovely pictures PF!

Great work, Solo. Has your stomach been OK?

Very impressive parkrun efforts @OO61, @Solo & @Hilly. And well done to everyone else who ran (having myself chickened out!). Outstanding effort by the 85 year old, OO61.
Nice walk and pics, @PeterFay.

Overdue long run this morning - 104 min / 16.4 kms, HR 119/133. Eased back a little over the last 2.5k as started to notice the niggly groin. Still holding PL50.

Nice long run, NZD! Hope the groin settles!

A bit of a lie in this morning then after breakfast as settled we're off to run on the Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal for a medium run. It's raining in Wales but temperatures are okay.
