Weather gradually improved and rewarded with 360⁰ view from top. All the English 3000s and The Merrick through the gap.

Lots of miles this week but happy to complete Norwich in 21.37, second lady to the winner of Dereham 5k last week in both time and wava. Mine was a mere 88.41 to her 93.67 and a speedy 17.56! Lovely photos @PeterFay 85 is incredible!! @OO61

Outstanding effort by the 85 year old, OO61. Nice walk and pics, @PeterFay. Overdue long run this morning - 104 min / 16.4 kms, HR 119/133. Eased back a little over the last 2.5k as started to notice the niggly groin. Still holding PL50.
