Barking this morning (and you'd have to be to go out in that weather!). My 4th time there - lovely event and fabulous volunteers as usual.
Managed my least-slow 5k of the year.

4 years to the day since my 5k PB 😢

2447! Excessive. Nearly 300 at Falkirk, including a lot of dogs. Started slightly damp, ended very wet.

Made it to parkrun, my first Christmas Day one since 2019! MaltDrinker came too but only to spectate and take crap photos! 🤣
Daughter, SusiSue28 tailwalked and should have been doing her 250th today but wasn't fit to run on Saturday so hopefully that will happen this Saturday 😊
